weird fly just flew past my head fast as I lay in the hammock and it said something but I couldnt hear what it said because it was too fast

Remembered the bloke outside the hospital with directional voice yesterday as he walked toward the south west I thought he could be something to do with sw egyptian word or something without vowels but forgot about it then when the fly flew past me with directional sound too I thought wtf i would have to run after it in the direction it was flying to find out what it was saying then thought about sw and how hot I am at the moment and that if I ran after it I would run into the computer which is on the table in front of the water but that its weird as its so hot now and Im sweating but sw has no t in it so I cant run after the fly as the the table is in the way which means running after the fly would be swt because t is probably hit the table weird.. sw vs swt.. now the fly is doing something else on the computer in front of me but I dont want to write it down. wtf.. Im like an editor now.. concealing the completeness of a fly message..

Feel sad sitting her again writing about a fly whilst my mother struggles with her breath and life in the hospital the woman who looked after me her entire life..
