Ordered 4kg kettle bell fairly light and started kettle belling 2 days ago - also started Ozempic on the 24th of February - lose some weight extremely necessary - only small dosage of .25 received the Ozempic pen. So injected Ozempic and all ok so far - reduced consumption of food grazing noticed.
