almost 9am mum has her easily swallowable breakfast of eggs baked beans and a bun in tiny pieces and a cup of tea infused with juice. watching Chinatown on youtube in Thailand in her warm dunlop wool collared jacket.

Sitting in my underpants in the background its fekking cold - nearly run out of Xylitol Epic Mints Peppermint - good for helping swallow and getting the mouth working.

Trying to return to lunch only fasting now 901am mind, everthing felt a lot better except for my eyes - but as long as I dont eat three pizzas or a too many buns should be alright this time.

I saw the plumber kneeling as if praying when he came to fix the tap a year or two ago, checked the floor to see what he was praying to not sure which God is in there..
